  • What forms of payment are accepted by the OpenMinded site?

    Our billing team is currently able to accept the following forms of payment:

    • Credit and Debit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover)
    • Cashier’s Check
    • U.S. Postal Money Orders
    • MoneyGram

    Please make your Cashier’s Check or Money Order paid to the order of OpenMinded Billing Department.

  • Do you offer refunds on credit packages or memberships?

    We do not offer refunds. We provide every new member with a limited trial to ensure you are certain fully intend to purchase credits or a full membership with OpenMinded. Please be sure you want to purchase credits or a membership with us prior to authorizing payment.
